Prior to anybody getting their orders, DJI have dropped a new firmware for the Mavic Air.. Here is all you need to know..

1: Added SmartCapture.
2: Optimised the Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems performance.
3: Added Boomerang and Asteroid for QuickShot.
4: Added Panorama shooting modes.
5: Added support for DJI Goggles (requires DJI Goggles firmware v01.04.0200 or above).
6: Optimised compass calibration.
7: Shorten the time for recognising propeller guards.
8: Increased the maximum ascend speed to 4 m/s and maximum descend speed to 3 m/s in Sport mode.
9: Improved the flight stability and obstacle detection.
10: Improved accuracy for recognising subject in Intelligent Flight mode.
11: Improved image quality.
12: Optimised the video transmission.
Once the firmware has been updated, it cannot be downgraded to a former version. Restart the aircraft and remote controller after upgrade is complete.
If the firmware upgrade fails, restart aircraft, remote controller and DJI GO 4 or DJI Assistant 2, and retry.
